$399 - MLS Entry (Limited Service-Multiple Listing Advertising Service)

1) A listing in the Multiple Listing Service for up to one year.

2) Unlimited changes to listing

3) Large brokerage sign mailed to seller with blank rider for seller's phone number

4) Flyer (to be emailed to seller in pdf format to print as needed)

5) Flyer Box mailed to seller

6) Photo gallery (maximum photos allowed on MLS)
7) Azcentral.com AD (pertains to Maricopa/Pinal counties only)

8) Realtor.com Listing with one photo (4 photos will appear after 9/08)

 $199 - RENTAL PROPERTIES - MLS Entry Only (Includes #1,2,6 & 8 above)*

You may list your property for rent in the MLS using this option. You may choose to list your property for sale AND for lease, however, they would be two separate listings and charged  accordingly. 

 

  

$599  - MLS Entry PLUS

 1) Listing in the Multiple Listing Service with unlimited changes to listing

 2) Yard Arm with brokerage sign installed and removed upon closing. Includes a blank rider
     for seller’s number

 3) Flyer Box/Info. tube posted on sign
 4) Color Flyer emailed to Seller to print as needed with unlimited changes

 5) MLS Photo gallery (Photos to be provided by Seller for upload to the MLS)

 6) Key Safe (Coded)
